Book About MS- which my daughter has

My daughter has MS. This book was far too hard for her to do! It would be very time consuming and expensive. Plus she is tired all the time. I am trying to find something that would help her that she can do. She is 28 years old and is starting on an injectable med. If anyone has any books that help please let me know.
I did read another book on MS that was easier to follow and much different but sadly did not help her much. She has a family and I worry about her. Sorry this is a very real and personal struggle in our family.
